🇨🇭 Win RoundTrip Flight to Switzerland!

Published 16 days ago • 2 min read

Hola Reader!

After a week of my sister visiting, it's back to the old routine. But while she was here, we wandered lots around Lisbon and even visited Porto and Aveiro (known as the Venice of Portugal!).

On a biz note, I'm pretty damn proud of myself for being only 3 spots away from selling out my Morocco Group Trip! It's happening this November 8-17 so if you've been contemplating joining, now is the time to do it! Don't let this opportunity pass you by.

✈️ Let's Travel Together

I'm gearing up to launch a trip to Brazil in 2025 for CARNIVAL! It will be an 8 day trip at the end of February/early March. We'll be visiting Rio de Janeiro and a nearby city to get some beach, nature, city, and Carnival parties all in one trip!

Spots are going to be veryyy limited on this one as I want to keep it small, but fun! Some places we'll be visiting/things we'll be doing⬇️

📌 IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

Did you know there's a city in Portugal that is considered to be the 'Venice of Portugal'? I only found out about it a bit after I moved to Portugal and finally had a chance to visit last weekend when my sister was in town.

If you've been wanting to visit Venice but it's not exactly in your budget, then consider Aveiro. Here you can do a gondola ride for 13€ instead of 50€+!

🤔 Where to next?

I move around a lot and that has made it difficult to establish roots and make concrete friendships where I live. I talk about this more in my latest reel! That's why for now I'm staying put in Lisbon until it's time to jet set in May.

I'll be heading to Costa Rica for the WOC Wellness Era Retreat then back to NJ for the Latino Travel Fest (use 'FlaviaC' for 15% off!) and Peru for a family trip!

This summer is still a mystery as some plans have changed a bit, so stay tuned.

Hola Reader! It's been 2 months now that I've moved to Lisbon and I'm loving the life I'm creating for myself here. I'm taking time to do hobbies I've been wanting to do for a while (dance), regularly have social meet ups whether it's brunches, co-working sessions or just random meet ups to do things like go out to eat, bowling, etc. This doesn't just happen overnight, but it's nice it's happening. I shared some of my fave apps and websites to meet people/make friends when traveling or living...

Hola Reader! April 25th in Portugal is Freedom Day, the day the dictatorship ended 50 years ago. There were fireworks, parades, and people everywhere. It's a National Holiday here and also my dad's birthday. Participating in some of the activities made it a unique way to get to know my new home country better. ✈️ Let's Travel Together If Morocco has been on your bucket list, but none of your friends or family will join you and you're not quite ready to go solo, then do not miss out on this...
